1. Introduction

Welcome to MPO500. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MPO500 ("MPO500", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the MPO500 online gaming platform accessible at mpo500.lat and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the MPO500 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services offered by MPO500. Your continued use of the Platform following any published revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the MPO500 Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive-based funds credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the Platform, including online slots, live casino table games, sports betting markets, lottery, arcade, and virtual sports.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures required by MPO500 prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the MPO500 website at mpo500.lat, all associated pages, features, APIs, and services.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual currency deposited by a player via a supported payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wagering turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on MPO500, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MPO500 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and sports betting services.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by MPO500 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of MPO500 or any affiliated entity.
• You hold valid legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You accept full personal responsibility for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. MPO500 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Upon registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. MPO500 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. MPO500 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a single individual where duplicate accounts are identified, and to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. MPO500 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify MPO500 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15.

4.4 KYC Verification

MPO500 operates a Know Your Customer programme. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding your primary identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at MPO500's reasonable discretion.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MPO500 accepts deposits via the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

5.2 Currency

The primary currency for Malaysian players on MPO500 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. MPO500 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment method legally owned by the registered account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts, stolen payment instruments, or funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds and associated conditional winnings are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. MPO500 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

6.2 Processing Times

MPO500 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment processor delays outside MPO500's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account. VIP tier players may be subject to elevated daily and weekly withdrawal limits as described in the relevant loyalty programme terms.

6.4 Return to Source

For anti-money laundering compliance, MPO500 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equal or greater value. Where this is not technically possible, alternative arrangements will be made through the verified methods on file for your Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional credits offered by MPO500 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for immediate withdrawal.
• A Wagering Requirement must be completed before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless MPO500 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of software errors, will be voided.
• MPO500 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players on MPO500 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Specific bonus percentages, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and applicable wagering multipliers are published on the relevant promotion page and may vary by campaign period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MPO500 Platform. A breach of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether individually or in collusion with others.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, and collusion in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including automated betting systems not explicitly authorised by MPO500.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or the proceeds of any criminal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the MPO500 Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of MPO500 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of MPO500.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO500, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform caused by technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the Platform;
• Losses attributable to events beyond MPO500's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, power outages, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude MPO500's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gambling

MPO500 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We provide the following tools and resources to assist players in maintaining control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time via Account Settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations with optional reality check reminders.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by MPO500

MPO500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes; (c) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to MPO500, other players, or third parties.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting MPO500 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification, provided that no outstanding Bonus Fund obligations or investigation holds are in place.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. MPO500 may apply a monthly account maintenance charge to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such charge being applied.

13. Amendments to These Terms

MPO500 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required to address a legal, regulatory, or security concern.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which MPO500 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to MPO500 customer support for informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by MPO500's licensing authority.
